Commercial Multifamily Housing Development

TTG Development's primary focus is to create transformative, intergenerational developments that are tied into the surrounding neighborhood and meet the community's needs and vision. We accomplish this through intentional collaboration with local government, non-profits, and the community on infill new construction, adaptive reuse, and rehabilitation projects for households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or workforce housing for incomes below 140% AMI. We target housing developments ranging between 30 and 240 units.

TTG Development is focused on partnerships and joint ventures with non-profit organizations and private developers, leading the development cycle from conceptualization through financing, construction, and stabilized operations.
